Our products

Due to the handmade nature of all our products, there may be slight variations in the colour, print or design. That’s what we love about them. Each pot, print or piece of jewellery may be a bit different and bares the marks of a skilled craftsperson.

We aim to photograph all of our products in natural light conditions to stay true to their natural colour, although sometimes screen resolution and photography can affect how the colours are perceived. If you are unsure and would like further clarification, we can help with this.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Apple Pay, American Express and Google Pay. These payments will be processed securely via our eCommerce Payment Processors Stripe or PayPal. We do not have access to, collect or store your payment information.

Orders, Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch you order within three working days. If there is a problem or delay we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders will be processed once payment has been debited from your account and the order has been confirmed. Please check your email for confirmation of this. If a transaction has been denied your order will not be accepted. Please retain all emails as proof of purchase.

Shipping costs will be added onto your order at checkout.

Once your order has been confirmed, expect to receive a second email to notify you that your order has been dispatched. We aim to send out orders within three working days via Royal Mail.

If you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch and we will try to resolve the problem. If you would like to request a return within 14 days of receiving you order, please contact us via email. Please note we do not offer refunds on any of our earrings or face coverings due to hygiene reasons. If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us promptly.

Our online store is hosted by Squarespace who provide us with an online eCommerce platform. If you shop with us, during checkout you will be asked for necessary personal details so that we can complete your order. We respect your privacy and treat this information as highly confidential. We will not pass on your personal details to any third parties. We will only contact you to confirm and notify you when your order has been confirmed and dispatched, unless you have opted to receive updates by signing up to our mailing list.

Your payment information will be processed via third party eCommerce Payment Processors Stripe and/or Paypal. We do not have access to, collect or store your payment information. Transactions are encrypted using SSL technology to ensure payments are safe and secure.
