Delivery.

We aim to dispatch your order within three - five working days. If there is a problem or delay we will contact you as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, parcels can take 2-5 days to be delivered.

We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail. This is a fast, reliable and trackable service priced at a flat rate of £3.95 per order.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and another once your order has been dispatched. Please keep these receipts as records of your purchase.

Returns.

If you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch and we will try to resolve the problem. If you would like to request a return please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note we do not offer refunds on any of our earrings due to hygiene reasons. We are happy to refund the item if it is faulty.

Please note, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost.
