Can I wash my zip pouch?
Our printed textiles are hand screen printed using fabric ink. Once dry the fabric is heat-set. Machine washing may cause ink to fade. Handwashing is recommended.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of receiving payment. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and we offer the signed for service.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Please let us know via email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Are the ceramics dishwasher safe?
Our ceramic products are fired to a stoneware temperature and are glazed to ensure they are food safe. They are dishwasher safe.
How do I clean my earrings?
Apply a small amount of nail varnish remover or rubbing alcohol onto a clean cotton pad. Buff over the area you wish to clean. Be gentle and take care to not completely rub away the surface pattern.
Will your earrings hurt my ears?
We only use hypoallergenic backings for our earrings. We are able to offer sterling silver or gold plated fixings for an additional fee.
I’d like to customise an order, can I do that?
We are happy to take personalised orders or commissioned pieces. Please get in touch via our contact form and we can discuss.
How do I send a gift card?
In our Shop click ‘Gift Voucher’. Select the amount you would like to gift and purchase this. In the ‘Gift Card Delivery’ box on the checkout page select ‘Email to recipient.’ Add their name, email and include a short message. It will then ask you to review your billing information and check the details you have entered are correct before paying. Once payment has been confirmed your recipient will receive their gift card via email. A code will be included for them to enter at checkout.
